Thank you for your purchase of a Thunder StompBox. Each unit is hand build so no two are exactly alike. Your Thunder StompBox is guaranteed against defective material and workmanship under normal use for 90 days from date of purchase. During the warranty period Thunder StompBox will have the option to repair or replace this product at no charge. The warranty is granted to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This limited warranty does not include service to damage to product resulting from accident, misuse, modifications to the product or shipping charges to return the product.

To obtain warranty or non-warranty repairs please contact us at help@thunderstompbox.com or phone or fax at 408-265-4255. The purchaser’s sole remedy shall be the replacement as provided above. In no event shall Thunder StompBox be liable for any damages or other claims including lost profits, lost savings, or incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the product. Non-Warranty repairs are covered under a flat fee of $49.00 for Thunder, ThunderStick, & Long Thunder Models including return shipping costs.
